Is the sex in Your Art as good as It Could Could be?
What Intimacy Coordinators... Coordinate
An intimacy professional is first and foremost a movement specialist whose role is to support the storytelling of intimate moments. To do this, the position can be divided into three smaller roles, each of which is just as important as the other – advocate, liaison, and choreographer. - From the IDC Website
I have the experience and training to prepare cast and crew to tell the best, most intimate story possible. Together we’ll explore the textures, postures, which elevate intimacy from a plot point to essential storytelling.
Intimacy Coordinators take hundreds of hours of training so everyone on a project can have the best work experience possible. We’re not interested in policing the simulated sex we work on: we want it to be better!
Film/TV/Verticals
As a SAG Certified (pending) Intimacy Coordinator, I will support everyone on set in telling the best stories of intimacy. If you are wondering if hiring an intimacy coordinator for your set, ask yourself if you’d like a dedicated person on set to help handle the details of intimacy on set. That’s legality and SAG compliance, fielding cast and crew questions and concerns, and generally running a delicate set.
When you hire an Intimacy Coordinator, you bring on a powerful and versatile collaborator!

Video Games
Most video game sex is awkward: impatient players speed through dialogue to stall on hilarious collision points in animation and failures in capturing subtlety in mo-cap. It’s not easy to make video game sex sexy.
Let’s do it anyway.
Join the movement and bring a gamer Intimacy Coordinator (like me!) onto your game design team.
areas of expertise
Not every Intimacy Professional shares the same areas of expertise. I’m your girl for stories about:
Queer Sexuality
Non-monogamy
Group Scenes
Kink/BDSM
Historical Intimacy
(Yep! Tastes change over time and your historical project might have options you haven’t considered.)
Fantasy/Monsters/Sci-Fi
Inhuman anatomy and it’s got to be sensual, I got you.
Non-Sexual Intimacy
Just ‘cause there isn’t sex doesn’t mean there isn’t intimacy.
Horror and Hyperexposure
I also have experience working with diverse creative teams where ideas about intimacy are varied, levels of comfort discussing or consuming intimacy is broad, due to cultural differences, religious differences, or traumatic experiences.
